To provide the highest level of service and accommodate all clients, we kindly ask that you respect the following policy: 24-Hour Notice Required Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments canceled within 24 hours, rescheduled within 24 hours, or missed entirely will incur a 25% service fee based on the total cost of the booked service. Card on File A valid card is required to secure all appointments. By booking, you authorize Emerald & Co. Beauty to charge the applicable fee in accordance with this policy. Grace Period Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to maintain service quality. In these cases, the late cancellation fee may apply. Respect for Time This policy ensures fairness to both our clients and our team, as last-minute changes prevent us from offering that time to others.
